		<description>You can include anything you want in the 3-month supply that doesn&#039;t go bad. I have chicken in mine because I store it in the freezer. You can even include anything that could go bad for budgeting and planning purposes- but you probably wouldn&#039;t buy a 3 month supply of lettuce as it would go bad.</description>
