Ultimate Meatloaf
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 oz. pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/2 qt. of lentil sprouts, pureed
2 eggs, beaten (or 2 T. powdered eggs 1/4 C. Water)
1/4 c. ketchup
