		<description>I commonly use a mix of half white and half brown rice. It&#039;s filling (like brown rice) but not too heavy (thank you white!). &lt;br&gt;Use 1/3 c rice mix per 1c of water.&lt;br&gt;Put water in a saucepan (withOUT the rice) and bring to a boil.&lt;br&gt;Put the rice in the boiling water (no oil or salt) and put a lid on and reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes. &lt;br&gt;That&#039;s it. It has never failed me. Ever.</description>

Place chicken breasts (6) on top dollop cream of mushroom soup on each breast and what is left pour in between each breast. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 45 mins at 350. Test the rice to make sure it is cooked.</description>
