		<description>I think we did okay with this. We try not to eat fatty, salty,sugary foods. I try to cook as fresh and healthy as possible. Am trying to get hubby to read food labels when he goes shopping.</description>

		<description>Healthy eating is not so hard for me since I enjoy the food and how it makes me feel. I made oatmeal for breakfast, had scrambled egg substitute (I freeze several cartons of eggbeaters), V-8 juice. Lunch was leftovers from Sunday Dinner. For dinner we had pinto beans that I had put in the crockpot before I left for work this morning. I highly recomend using the slow cooker, it is nice coming home to a meal ready to eat. We put some seasonings in the beans and ate them with wheat bread. Yummy and good for you too!</description>
