If you stagger the storage by adding every month and labeling the bottles then when the year rotation starts you just change out the oldest bottles every month. That's what my friend does. After all you can say "I know that the stores in Idaho and Utah carry a emergency food storage supply." Because I'm in Idaho and I get eggs, milk, butter, different fruits, veggies, soup bases, etc. All at Wal-Mart. Can't hurt to look up where the LDS cannery is too. I'm sure there must be one.
