Wow – the shipping is high! Ten dollars – it was like an extra dollar to order more however, I don't need that many and I have no one to split an order with. The shipping is definitely making me think twice in regards of whether I will get them or not.

These are perfect for my narrow cupboards. My homemade racks got destroyed in a fire so these will work great for now (I don't have time to make new ones as we are still doing repairs). What I really like is that it looks like when I do get the metal ones I want made, I can easily move these card board ones to a closet or under a table/bed for additional storage.
It looks like a couple of these pantry sized ones will tuck back in to one of the blind corner cupboards great!

Shipping is high but, if it helps me get my new cupboards organized faster then I'm for it & it looks like a couple of these pantry sized ones will tuck back in to one of the blind corner cupboards great!

These can shelf things are so great! A little hard to put together at first but by the second one you get it. Bing Bang Bop! and I have a beautiful pantry that rotates all my cans. Don't let the shipping stop you. The more I ordered at one time, the cheaper it got. Get together with a friend and order. I just love them. Thanks for the tip Jodi and Julie. Karen

I checked into ordering some of these. Even with a 10% discount the shipping charges were an additional 1/3 of the order cost. I'll have to live with what currently works for me.

I have enjoyed learning about food storage through your site and am excited to see the results of the pantry make over.

One thing I have question about it is, how to handle extreme temperatures in the car kits/72 hour kits? Here it can get to be 100 degree is in the summer and below freezing in the winter. Won't that damage the kits pretty quickly? Do you have any tips for that?

I did it! I made one with 2 pop can boxes stacked on top of each other, and 3 pieces of cardboard for durability.

Growing up my parents built their own shelving unit for cans, not as functional to move around (cause it couldn't be moved!) but it worked just the same. I like these can organizers but I am in Canada and I haven't found another company that makes them here.

My husband was delivering some product to a business and they were throwing away a shelf that once held the chocolate bars on them. The shelves are slanted and works great for cans too! He took it home and it works great!

Oh my goodness, I am so glad that you found these! There is a video on how to make them, but even I can't find time to do that, and my hubby did help me make the under bed storage, he just doesn't have time to do much and I am no longer strong enough to do it on my own. I will order some of these this weekend when we get paid! If you want I can let you know how the work.

I don't think pop can boxes would last very long and they wouldn't roll down into the bottom particularly well. Does anyone know what state this company is based in?

You could probably make your own using 2 pop can boxes stacked on top of each other and cut a hole for the cans to drop down into the bottom box.
