After you get used to teaching the classes, I think it would be a good idea to put together a teaching kit for those of us who would like to be food storage made easy teachers ourselves. You could put together a 'Be A Food Storage Coach University' to teach people how to teach the classes and sell the kit, just like the e-binder, so we have the materials too.
