We finally downloaded the pictures we took from our Studio 5 television appearance and we just had to share with you since we had so much fun there. We were so excited about having the chance to talk about food storage and how easy it is to get started! After this television appearance, one of the things we realized we need to cover a little more in depth is how to start incorporating food storage into your diet gradually.
