    I ordered my binder on “black friday”, and the payment has cleared.  However, I haven’t heard when it will be delivered.  Hopefully, it will be before Christmas.  Do you have any idea when delivery will be?  Thank you

    Ordered on Black Friday Sale.
    No instructions came for downloads (thought there were some) or information about shipment/delivery. I do recall that you said it was on back order but any idea how long?
    Also, will I be charged before the item arrives?
    The paypal receipt is pretty bland – not much info.

      Sharon, we will be sending out an update soon to everyone who placed an order. The download instructions are included in the actual binder that you will be receiving in the mail.     I have tried and tried to order the Prepare My Life Planner and no matter what I tried, I was unable to order it.  None of the order now buttons went anywhere.  I am attempting to order before the deadline, but can’t get it to work.

    You need to revamp your ordering process. by going directly to paypal you don’t give your client an opportunity to increase the quantity being ordered. This product is priced to high for general consumption. I am taking the chance that it is a good value because i am so satisfied with the quality of the work you folks are doing and I want to support you.

    what kind of idiot would spend $119 for a BINDER??? I don’t care how gloriously designed it is or how  pretty or convenient, that is just plain a waste of money!
