I bought nine copies for $3.00 each through my Relief Society last summer. Unfortunately I was only able to download one copy. We then moved and I was unable to finish downloading the rest of the binders. How do I get the rest of my copies?

Last summer 2009, I bought nine “Food Storage Made Easy” through our Relief Society specialist. I paid $27.00 for the priviledge of downloading each page. I bought my own binders. I only downloaded one set then we moved and I was unable to download the rest of the books. I am wondering now how to download what I already purchased?

Yes the binder file comes as a pdf. I don't have a kindle but I'm assuming if it accepts pdfs then it will work just fine!

Hi ladies! Lovin your works! I bought the binder a few months back & I was looking to check on updates & I see there is something about purchasing lifetime updates. I thought that was something that came with your binder. If not, how do I pay for those lifetime updates? And, when will there be or has there been some updates since May/June?

Thanks for your work! My basement has 2 lovely shelves full of goodies & since I need to buy at least 1 more shelf to make things really neat & accessible. My husband says he doesn't like having all the extras. With the extra time that has been found from purchasing & storing products at home I'm baking more…which has resulted in a weight gain he doesn't appreciate. The kids love it though & so do I! Who ever thought one would have more time to bake/cook by having lots stored?!

Also, have you ever thought of a vegetarian/vegan section with recipes? When you don't use meat, cheese, dairy products it does really change the recommendations in the 3 month supplies.

Hi Ladies,
I love what you are doing on your website! Awesome work! I do have a problem that I was hoping you could help me with.
I purchased your "Food Storage Made Easy Binder" not too long ago. I don't have a printer at home, so I put the download onto my flash drive and took it to my local Office Depot to print. I got all the prints back and it looked beautiful with the exception of page 3, 35, 41, 49, 51, 60, 66, 73, 78, 79, 80, 82, 85, 87, 89, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 100, 101, and 102. I didn't catch this problem until I got home. My sister-in-law works there. I talked to her manager and they tried printing it again for me with no cost to me. Again these pages printed wrong. So I wanted to ask you if you could please help me. Please help!

I am having trouble purchasing the binder. The paypal says Sorry last action not complete and to check my paypal account or email in 30 minutes for confirmation. However I never have received a confirmation and I have tried several times tonight to purchase it. I tried to select credit card payment instead only it says the email and/or credit card is tied to a paypal account so use paypal. Has anyone else had trouble or any suggestions?? Help!

Hi Natalie, Thank you for organizing the bulk order for your ward! Can you
please let us know which pages you are having problems with and what exactly
is wrong? Also for the group order, each person would need to buy the
updates separately if they want them. That makes it more fair to those who
paid full price. Plus we send the updates out via our email list and to
sign up they need to pay and then will be sent the instructions to sign up
with their own email address. Hope that makes sense. Let us know if you

I recently ordered your binder and I love it and the site! I also put together a bulk purchase for my ward. Two questions….1. When I print out the binder pages some of the pages are shrunk and mirrored and 2. For the group purchase does each person have to buy the binder for life upgrades or does $7 cover everyone. Please let me know.

Dear Jodi & Julie,

I just finished purchasing a copy of your book. My receipt ID is 5134-6194-8267-7718. In the printing process, several of the pages came out with the words all scrambled. When I ask the printer to just print the exact page, that page still comes out scrambeled. Can you help me with this? Also, I didn't get a chance to register for the "life-time updates." Is this part of my binder purchase or is this a separate cost?

I think $17 for the price of your binder is too expensive. Especially since we have to print the 100 pages at home using our paper and ink.

Yes, the binder is in a pdf format so it should definitely be compatible on the mac. All of our spreadsheets we use on our site are included in the binder as pdfs in case you can't get them to work from our site. Hope that helps!

I just bought, downloaded & printer the Food Storage Binder and all i can say is WOW!!! I am just getting into the whole food storage thing and felt very overwhelmed when I'd check out other people's sites, some have more than a year's worth of food, medical and other supplies already stocked. I really didn't know where to begin or how to do it. I bought a shelving unit (plastic) and its slowly getting filled up. I feel like such a latecomer to all of this but your binder is awesome!!! So much information and great ideas, I don't feel so overwhelmed by the thought of food storage anymore haha. Thank you so much!!!!!
