It’s only 16 pounds. I don’t think it would have any problems with the granite!

How heavy is the junior deluxe? I have all granite counter tops and my husband says that it is too heavy and might crack the granite when clamped on. I really want to purchase a non-electric grain mill, what to do?

We borrowed grain mills when we first got started and would grind a LOT of flour all at once and then put it in our freezer and use it for awhile. You can also buy the flour already ground so you can have good practice using it, while you save up for a mill. Hope that helps

I would like to start Food Storage but having a hard time making a decision on where to start. If I buy the soft wheat to make bread is there any other way to grind it other than a Grain Mill (I really can’t afford one right now)?
