    I have not visited the sights posted, but I do know the ancients used wild grapes to provide the yeast. The white coating we have all seen on grapes is yeast. Make your slurry of flour and water and take bunch of grapes and put them in and mix them around to distribute the wild yeast, let them set in there for at least ten minutes, pick out the grapes and be patient you will get useable yeast starter. Nothing wrong with the grapes if you want to eat them.

    Um, this was posted on March 5th and it says that the recipe is coming next week.

    I don’t want to sound rude or anything, because I know life happens and truly hope everyone is ok and that nothing bad has befallen anyone, but it’s been 2 weeks now since this was posted.

    Can we please have the recipe?
