Corn Cakes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1/3 cup cornmeal
1 egg
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. salt
