Fall… the weather is cooling and it’s the perfect time for SOUPS. Soups are one of my go-to meals in the fall. They are often times nutritious, hearty, and filling. The best is when you can use your food storage items in soups. I use freeze-dried vegetables a LOT in my soups because it takes out the washing, peeling, cutting steps.
